INGREDIENTS
– 1 oz ARCHIPEL Rum
– 0.5 oz orange liquor
– 1 oz lemon juice
– 0,5 oz simple syrup
– Ice
– Orange or lemon zest for garnish
PREPARATION
– Pour all the ingredients into a shaker
– Shake vigorously for 30 seconds with no ice
– Open shaker and add ice cubes
– Shake again
– Pour into an old fashioned glass and garnish with the zest
