INGREDIENTS
– 1 oz ARCHIPEL Rum
– A splash of bitter (Angostura or other)
– 1 oz simple syrup
– 1 tea spoon of fresh grated ginger
– 6 mint leaves
– Lime wedges
– Ice
PREPARATION
– In a tall glass, crush the ginger, lime and simple syrup
– Fill the glass with ice
– Add ARCHIPEL Rum and bitter
